• Your questionnaire response: the path, story and optional details about place, people, what made it special, feeling and song.
• Your language and sharing choice.
• Your email only if you provide it for early access. It is stored separately and linked to your submission.
• Limited technical and security data processed by our hosting and anti-abuse providers.

Please do not include sensitive personal data or identifying details about other people unless necessary and you have the right to share them.

• Questionnaire response: to operate and evaluate the beta and develop Moments, based on your consent when you submit.
• Anonymous adaptation: only when you choose “Yes”, based on your consent.
• Optional email: only for early access, based on your consent. Marketing requires separate consent.
• Security: based on our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable beta.

We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions or profiling.

If you keep your story private, it stays private: Moments will not publish it or adapt it for public sharing.

If you allow anonymous sharing, Moments may select, curate, shorten, translate, edit and adapt it into a Moment without publishing your name or contact details.

You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting us.

We use Vercel for hosting and server functions, Supabase for database hosting, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Their privacy policies are linked in the translated version of this section.

They may process data outside your country. Where required, safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses are used.

Responses are kept while needed to operate and evaluate the beta, build the Moments library and document the permission attached to a story. Optional emails are kept while early access is active or until you withdraw consent.

We delete or anonymise data when no longer needed. You can request deletion at any time.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent.

You may also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or your local authority.

Moments does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary security technology to prevent automated abuse. Unfinished answers stay only in the current tab and are not sent until you submit.

This beta is not intended for children. If you believe a child submitted personal data, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as the beta changes. The date above shows the latest version. Material changes will receive appropriate notice or new consent where required.
